New natural garden design & installation
This service includes a full package from design to site preparation, plant sourcing, installation and aftercare. The design fee usually ranges from $1500-3000 for a typical urban/suburban yard. Installation for herbaceous plants starts from $15/sq.
We source plant materials from reputable wholesale nurseries and growers for clients. And we utilize native plants whenever appropriate to establish a biodiverse and resilient plant community with a contemporary and artistic expression.
Landscape Design with Drawing
This service includes both hardscape and softscape design for partial or full property, in order to create spaces that work for your lifestyle. We also recommend more sustainable materials to our clients.
We prepare concept design drawings that are to scale in order to provide relevant detail for bidding and installation. A colored 2D visualization is included, with 3D rendering as an additional option.
A property topographic survey/site plan (PDF or DWG file) is often required for this service, and can be arranged if the homeowner doesn’t already have one. Small urban/suburban properties are sometimes surveyed ‘in house’.
We only recommend contractors with top notch quality of work for hardscape installation. The client would hire the contractor directly, or choose their own contractor.
